To introduce Openly (LGBT+ News) to the world, we disrupted some of the world’s most iconic ad spaces, Times Square and Canary Wharf, with an emergency broadcast system message. In a world where real issues can often be obscured by fake news, we reminded people of the shocking prejudice that the LGBT+ community has had to face in the news and offer Openly as the solution. It’s time for fair representation. Introducing Openly, impartial LGBT+ news in a world that isn’t. Our idea was to design a series of headlines to typify the gay non-biased headlines found in newspapers, magazines and online.
