PoronuiPart of Something Bigger
Poronui is a secluded luxury sporting lodge, sustainable working farm and forestry station in back-country Taharua Valley, Taupō. One of the few luxury lodges in Aotearoa with a Māori name, our strategy aimed to deeply embed the brand in the cultural heritage and significance of its name. ‘Poro’ means ‘part of’, and ‘nui’ translates to ‘the biggest part, great, abundant, important’. The Poronui name reflects its location as the largest part of the Taharua Valley, its relationship with the wider community, and its commitment to kaitiakitanga of the property and resources.

Accompanying a new Italian restaurant dining concept ‘The Gables’ required a fresh new look. A blend of old-world elegance with contemporary design and typography established an unpretentious yet sophisticated feel for the new brand. Handcrafted pasta and approachable Italian on the Russell Waterfront, generous and uncomplicated, warm and welcoming with an ambiance befitting of a casual Osteria. For the new restaurant, we wanted to honor the local Russell history and infuse it with an Italian-style charm and atmosphere – Benvenuto!

Location&#38;nbsp;︎ SydneyStrawberry Solutions is a B2B boutique eLearning consultancy offering RTO’s, school, corporate and government with beautifully designed learning tools and implementation of technology for online learning. After embarking on a review of the marketing, it became apparent that their brand, no longer had a strong representation of the level of work they deliver and digital marketing performance had slowed. There was also a big opportunity within the competitive set to lead the category. We shifted the brand into a more contemporary space, with engaging messaging and a creative platform to support paid lead acquisition activities and showcase previous work.

We were approached by the Newcastle Knights NRL team to create their 2021 seasonal campaign off the back of a challenging year impacted by the global pandemic. Our goals were to retain an existing support base, increase membership, game attendance and website traffic.
Our strategy for the ‘Come Out Charging’ campaign was based on identifying the need to connect with younger cohorts of fans and families. Our campaign considered all touchpoints - messaging, content and media.

The idea was to mimic the reloading of a gun barrel to give the sense of restocking film/images.
